The Elite instructors education gives you:

On the Elite instructors education you practise with instructors who have their own clubs or classes within PTCC DK. You will not be teaching, but focus on improving your own skills for use in your club. You will improve and develop your skills, as you will have more time practising with other instructors as well as Torben Rif.
As there are limited spots (max 10 participants), Sifu Torben Rif will have much more time for each individual participant.

Demands for admission:

In order to be admitted to the Elite Instructors education, we demand that you as a minimum have the Instructors level 3, knows the Long Hand Form and Sabreform, has passed Bai Shi and has been taught the first 12 Yin exercises.

The Course:

  • Hand form (Depending on instructors level)
  • Sabre, sword and spear forms + partner exercises
  • Pushing Hands: Single hands, seven stars step, Fu Yang, Four directions, Nine palace, Reeling silk and Da Lu.
  • Self-defence: techniques from the long form and sabre form.
  • Qigong: Various Series
  • Nei Kung: Yin/Yang exercises (corrections to)
  • History – theory: the Tai Chi Classics
  • The forms will be studied and analysed in detail.

3.            Weekend, June 21st 2014
Tui Shou: Seven Stars Step, Four Corners, and San Shou.
Detailed study of the sabre form, sword form and spear form.
Weapons techniques – working in groups depending on instructors level.

4.            Weekend, August 16th & 17th 2014
Shaolin 18 Qigong. Tui Shou: Four Directions, Four Corners, and San Shou.
Detailed study of the sabre form, sword form and spear form.
Weapons techniques – working in groups depending on instructors level.

5.            Weekend, October 25th 2014
Various Qigong. Tui Shou: Nine Palace, Four Corners, and San Shou.
Detailed study of the sabre form, sword form and spear form.
Weapons techniques – working in groups depending on instructors level.

6.            Weekend, November 23rd 2014
Tui Shou: Nine Palace, Four Corners, and San Shou.
Detailed study of the sabre form, sword form and spear form.
Weapons techniques – working in groups depending on instructors level.

Price for 2 whole and 4 half weekends (8 days of 6 hours each): 6.800,- DKK
(the rest can be paid in installments of DKK 1.000,- pr month)
Includes fruit, water and lunch on Sundays.
